|S| The making of: 'Vakisopeli mountain cake'

A little surprise was waiting for us this morning! We are going to make a cake! And not just any kind of cake, a real mountain cake 'from the house'. Ingredients: eggs, sugar, the liquid yellowish byproduct of the cheese, butter, vinegar (say what?), coffee and flour. After two hours in the oven, which we have to keep alive by regularly adding twix and wood, appears a lovely golden brick.

Hard work pays; the cake is gorgious!
